Small Group Training

We are focused on real results, safety and efficacy and that is where Small Group Training shines. Our sessions will cater up to 12 participants max, led by qualified, highly trained, motivating trainers that are dedicated to your success. You will get stronger, faster, fitter, healthier and learn valuable techniques that you can apply to your own training.

We understand that you have personal goals and your own idea of success and we want to move with you in your fitness journey. Small Group Training is perfect for those seeking tailored, highly specialised training.

Booty Call

Lower body banger! We show you the moves that grow and sculpt that bubble. We show you how to activate and maximise, with high reps and plenty of squeeze.

WARRIOR

Warrior is a dynamic blend of strength and conditioning weilding tools like battle ropes, sleds, kettlebells and plyometrics.

Strong

Strong is resistance training that gets your  heart rate up. We take you through a circuit of weight stations to give you a whole body work out that is challenging, toning and sweaty.

KB BB Flow

Take one tool and flow for 30 mins through a range of patterns that test your coordination, endurance and strength. We use kettlebells or barbells and set a flow of moves that showcase their versatility and efficacy. Be prepared to focus and sweat.

GAS

Gas tank training! This is cardio hardio to round off your week. We use a variety of machines and body weight exercises to challenge your lung capacity and your mind.

Mobility

Joint and muscle health is paramount in this stretching, self-massage and mobilisation session. We use balls, bands and other tools to improve your range of movement and flexibility.

Durability

This class is designed to increase stability, balance, strength and mobility in a low impact environment. We apply tools like TRX and fitballs to challenge your mind and your body. Whilst still challenging it is low intensity and suitable for all fitness levels especially beginners and those seeking confidence in the gym.

HYPE

Designed to sculpt, tone and challenge, HYPE is centered around body weight movement and agility. We used animal inspired movements and classic plyometrics to work up a big sweat.

Lift Clinic

We focus on barbell lifts and kettlebell technique in this strength based class. We take you through cues and patterns to help you lift effectively and efficiently. A great option if you are wanting to transition into more strength training.

Boxing

A boxing inspired session centered around combos, partner drills and cardio. This one is fast-paced, fun and great for keeping the heart rate up.

J30

This circuit session is a mix of pure weights and pure cardio. A great way to start your week. Walk out feeling gassed but strong. Strength meets cardio.

Saturday Spicy

This is our only 60 minute session and it is a sweat sesh. A test of strength and endurance you will sustain a range of exercises in a team environment. You will run, jump, lift, push and move your way right into the weekend. Non-members welcome for $10, so find a friend! (This class only)
